It's more than a home, it's a Fresh Start! Fairfield's longstanding affiliations with charitable organizations, including recent partnerships with Habitat for Humanity and San Pasqual Academy, have successfully united places to live with the people who need them most. Our Fresh Start program was created to build additional partnerships, and meet the unique needs of charitable organizations and their clients. By joining forces with Fairfield, charitable organizations will receive: $250 Donation for every referral that moves-in to a Fairfield community Personalized service and remote leasing opportunities VIP guided tours of our communities Access to Fairfield job fairs The benefits don't stop there with Fresh Start. Prospective residents referred to a Fairfield property by a charitable organization will receive: $250 Visa Gift Card to offset moving expenses* Waived application fees* Reduced security deposits* On-site educational services and after-school programs* Acceptance of co-signers* Frequently Asked Questions Q. What is the Fresh Start program? Fresh Start was developed by Fairfield Properties to provide unique benefits to charitable organizations and its members to assist with the transition into Fairfield's affordable housing program. Q. Who is eligible to receive the benefits of Fresh Start? You must be a member of a participating charitable organization, and/or be eligible to participate in the Section 42 Housing Tax Credit program. *Restrictions and income limits apply. Offers may vary by community. Q. Who is eligible for the Housing Tax Credit program? The Housing Tax Credit Program offers affordable housing to individuals and families with moderate incomes. To be income eligible, your total household income (including assets) must be less than or equal to the pre-set income limit for the area of interest.To assess this determination, please contact a leasing agent at the affordable community of your choice.* Q. Where are Fairfield affordable communities located?
